Rules broken*: Harrasment, Minge, Spawnkilling.
Witnesses: None
Explain everything he has done here*: This is more of an long term effect of "Joshifire" mingey behavior on the server, he has been abusing the hoverboard alot, even when reminded he cannot do so. He has also been disobeying staff and harrasing me. When abusing the hoverboard, he often uses it to glitch into bases or he's trying to run over people and if he misses he removes and respawns it in a better postion. When disobeying staff he ignores their commands and does things anyway, like spawnkilling with acf launcher, not stopping to argue after being told multiple times to do so.
Evidences*: None because it has been lost.

Never been reminded that. Also, glitched into a base using hoverboard only once like 6 months ago when i didnt know it was a rule. Fucking ages.
Also, everyone respawns in a better position. I have not broken any rules using the hoverboard.
I spawnkilled once with the ACF launcher. Kenshi told me to nuke spawn. Wasn't told to stop.

You were told to stop spawnkilling multiple times, but you didn't stop. You glitched last time into my and pwnsors base like a week ago. You've been told a ton of times to stop abusing your hoverboard.

Ive never seen josh glitch into bases, theACF. GL is the only thing, but ive seen like 4 other jsers do that.

Respawing a hoverboard in a better position isn't "abusing" it. I personally haven't seen him glitch into bases but yeh he does get pretty carried away with some things and I think it's more of a case that he needs to just calm the fuck down and let this be his final warning
