I'd like to say add the German mediums and Shermans first, as the T34s script is out of date. EDIT: I mean don't add the T34s since the new ricochet system makes them pretty spicy.
And concerning balance, all the tanks play out pretty evenly, with exception for the panther. It has a slower reload and does less damage than a tiger, but the frontal armour is very good, but this can be negated by aiming for the turret. Should that become a problem then you can restrict the regular version allowing people only to use the crewed version, as there is a crewed/none crewed version of every tank.
