I am not going to mention any names here, but I am sure that you will be able to figure out wether or not you are one of these people I have been hearing things about.

The use of profanity on the server is not a very serious thing, but the staff is still obliged to behave at a certain standard. 
I am not saying that swearing is completely unacceptable, I do it myself all the time. But there is a boundary between expressing yourself, and being offensive though.

Here is some examples that I would advice you use with caution, or just at least express with care:

Most of the expressions that I ask you to use with care, are explicit swear words that target a specific minority, such as homosexuals, black people, or just people with a specific nationality.

The problem is that some players are unable to behave in a serious situation.
When people start taking offensive jokes seriously, it means that they are not funny anymore. Please refrain yourself from doing so.

Please keep this post in mind and remind yourself that you are a staff member that represents the server as a whole.
