Probably Mobenix/Excess Islands, where the spawns are tiny rooms, and most people thinks it's slightly unfair to kill people in rooms like that.

Well this week they've only played on mobenix and warmap with single spawns.

Then you can't ban for spawnkilling because gm_bigcity has multiple spawns, and if it's because of the mobile spawnpoints people can just delete them.
