So as you probably know there has been a surge of people applying for respected recently, and with quite a lot of respected as there is, it really dilutes the "specialness" and potentially the responsibility associated with being respected. So it might be a good idea to tighten up the application process (we need to build a wall ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) A way to do this might be increasing the number of refs needed to gain respected, needing a ref from the owner or a superadmin, or just having a chunkier block of text about why they should have respected. Yeah but Kevin just goes with what's in the app, and who refs them, he doesn't really know them personally, I only knew Kevin as "console" when he approved me ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

To be honest it's a bit overkill in my opinion anyway ... All you get from respected is the material tool, ability to votekicked and a green name xD I think if people are willing to put the time into making an application (and a decent one ofc) I dont see what's wrong with having quite a few respecteds (so long as they behave )

Edit: actually having said that it it is super easy to get 5 refs xD maybe we could up that ?

Well, Nem gives out references like your sister gives out blowjobs, so I'd think BOTH Super Admins would harden the process. Also, I'd think 10 or more references.
