Content not downloading from server

Some people see the ballista so that means my computer can't download custom files from the server. The ACF missing material error is probably because the installation fucked up. First time I tried to downloaded ACF (by zip), WinRAR told me that the file ACF Master was corrupt so I couldn't copy the file out to put it in my addon file. The second time I downloaded and tried to copy it,  everything was fine.
