So many things are wrong with your application:
First, use your in game name so we can recognize you
Second, fill in the application with some more information, we can barely tell anything about you from this. Talk like you really want this, and give us a good reason why you do.
Third, Get more refferences, and get more recognized on the server, don't just ask people to give you +1, befriend them and be friendly towards people.
This application give me an overall impression that you basically don't care, and just want the perks.
