New maps?

I would like to suggest new maps but I'll be hitting a major problem. The voting system for map changes sucks to be honest because no ever votes and i'm always stuck on bigcity which annoys me to say the least because I'm seeing the same map over and over. I'n my view there should be a timer and when the timer hits 0 it should change to a random map out of the map list just to keep it interesting. If anyone has any problems with this new system I've come up with then say so.
