Replacement of Arctic's ACT3 with Arctic's ArcCW

Made by the same guy, all very customizable weapons with a lot of custom addons being made, a continuation of his previous 3 addons except in first person. Still better than TFA

They're very simple and provide a good low weight alternative to the ageing TFA and FA:S addons as well.
