Remove broken addons

I think that the GDCW Barret M82, the ballista, the bow and the rappel must be removed, since they aren't on the worksop anymore (or can't be donwloaded from somehwere else). They only create errors and don't work in game.

The barrett would need to be fixed, yeah. Don't know about the bow, though. Rapple is working fine and ballista is basically an independent addon which I ripped from a swep pack, is there something wrong with it?

Ballista is fine for me, but since it isn't on the workshop it's an error for new players or people that cleaned up addons.

Personally, it's a couple of days that when I connect to the server, I have to wait for the full download of barret's and rapple's materials and sounds.

Bow uses the same base from the barret and gives the same error.

I think that we need to remove them, and get the gmod.org version of the rapple, or a similar one.

Gen, disabling the download of custom stuff from servers doesn't solve it, you get even more errors.

Unless you have OCD It isnt a problem, and if you do just find the models.
