How about this: We make a poll, with everyone who wants to be a moderator, then let all respected and above vote.
After seeing the results, the highest voted 1 or 2 will be chosen.

If the new mod(s) fuck up, there will be a new poll, voting if they should be demoted or not.

Thats why id rather the trusted rank if it was ever fixed, because it doesnt give me the responsibility of a mod, but i can kick minges easier.
